Refund Period: We provide refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase.

Requesting a Refund: If you encounter any issues with receiving or downloading our products, we recommend contacting us promptly for assistance. To initiate a refund, return, or exchange request, please follow these steps:

2. Submit your request no later than seven (7) days after placing the order.
3. Provide the Order number and the reason for your request.

Digital Valley, at its discretion, may grant extensions to this seven (7) day period.

Review Process: Digital Valley will review your request and generally notify you via email within two (2) business days.

Conditions for Refund: Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, a refund, return, or exchange will not be issued if:

– The product seal is broken.
– The product has been downloaded.
– The nature of the product makes a return infeasible, as determined by Digital Valley in its sole discretion (e.g., product customization).

Payment Method-Specific Procedures: If your refund request is approved, Digital Valley will process the refund based on the payment method:

– Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed within one (1) business day.
– Wire Transfer/Check: Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days, with expenses borne by the recipient.
– PayPal: Refunds will be processed within one (1) business day.
– Other Methods: Refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days, with potential expenses incurred by the recipient.

Additional Product-Specific Terms: Certain products may have specific conditions outlined in the Order form or accompanying materials (Product Terms). In case of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Product Terms, this Refund Policy prevails.

Refund Timing: Digital Valley reserves the right to delay the refund until:

– A letter of product destruction is received, signed by you.
– The returned product is received in the condition specified by this Refund Policy.
